I can't leave you...

Helga didn't know how long she had been there, standing on the bridge that she had spit off of so many times in the past. Her tears were flowing faster than the river itself she thought. It was at her weakest moment a familiar hand grasped her shoulder and spun her around.

"Ar... Arnold?? I thought you were leaving for San Lorenzo to be with your parents?"

"I was... but... as I sat there on the plane watching you from the window. The thought of leaving you was more painful than anything else I could imagine. We've had our good times and our bad, but I just can't Helga... Helga G. Pataki..." The words were almost a whisper, so soft and delicate that if said any louder they would break and fade away on the wind, but Helga heard them. The words she had been waiting since the fourth grade to hear.

"I love you."

OK! so that was my bit of writing and i'll be honest i'm a horrible writer and Arnold's short, but sweet monologue is a bit lacking. However, it's honest and I think that makes tolerable. That being said if any of my watchers who are a fan of the Hey Arnold series would like to write the dialogue for this one page fan comic please be my guest just message me and credit me for the pic.
